Kiss Me, Kate Quilt Market Booth Tour!
My pregnant self and I went to Portland last weekend for Spring Quilt Market! It was a total blast, as always, but it was my first time presenting a fabric line in a booth. So, it was extra fun! It was also my first time at a Spring Quilt Market, in the past I have been to Fall which is always held in Houston. Quilt Market is a twice-a-year convention where fabric shop owners come to purchase new fabric lines! It is really a huge celebration of creativity and sewing that is always fun to be a part of. Like ComicCon for sewing nerds! In the ...Continue Reading
OBSERVER fabric tour + Knit Fall Dresses!
Fall is here! Well, almost! I love fall mostly because of the clothes and cozy fabrics. Today I'm on the Observer Fabrics tour, which is a line from Art Gallery by April Rhodes! I think the whole line screams fall with cozy and warm colors and designs. I chose 2 knits to make a pair of Pippa Peplum dresses. I actually hacked it a tiny bit and you can see what I did below. These above-the-knee dresses work perfectly with leggings and boots! The colors of the fabrics are fun to layer! I love how these fabrics are so pretty you ...Continue Reading
Coin Pouch Tutorial

Little coin pouches are also great for tiny little toys, too, maybe for your LOL doll clothes or similar tiny toys that always get lost! The coin pouch tutorial is very similar to the basic zipper pouch ...Continue Reading
Girl’s Room Reveal!
Reveal day is finally here! I've been working tirelessly on this room for the last 2 months and I'm thrilled to say it's done! I originally took on this big girl room project to help my almost-4-year-old transition a bit. We moved recently and having a new sister on top of that has sort of thrown her world a little bit. It's been evident in her behavior and I knew we needed a big project to work on together to make her feel special! I already shared the nursery side of the room in this post. Lena is so excited to share with her baby ...Continue Reading
