I’m excited to be a part of the Indygo Junction Fabric Flowers Book Blog Tour. I love making fabric flowers and got to try a new technique with this book: needlefelting! They sent me a copy of the book and a needlefelting kit, which includes roving, tools and a needlefelting mat. (You can enter to win your own set plus a book, details below.)
I’ve been wanting to try needlefelting for a while, there are a lot of fun things you can do with it. This flower is based with felt and the roving gets felted on top of it to create a neat design. Needlefelting is really fun and a great stress reliever for some reason!
I used cream and pink felt, felted together and yellow roving, cute huh!
