This is crazy cute! I am loving it, I just added a map to our dining room (thanks to Heather’s rockin’ dining room) and I love it. This is soo cool, thinking I may have to do this with some old books, but first I have to overcome the fear of my sewing machine! Visiting from Blessed Little Nest.
i love it! the topographical map has such a light and lovely design to it, what a fantastic idea! now if i only had an outdated topo and martha’s punchy thingy… :)
Hi! I am a new follower from Friday’s blog hops. I am looking forward to reading more of your blog. Blessings…

great idea! Great way to reuse since who actually uses a paper map anymore?!?
Here from NFF, have a happy friday!
Really cute!!! :)
And Jenn – I still use a paper map! LOL Well, only sometimes. I actually do own a GPS. But locally sometimes it’s still easier. ;)
I LOVE this. I made some kinda similar for my wedding :o) Using the map is just ingenious.
I LOVE this too. So beautiful and clean and sophisticated. Now I just need to get my hand on some maps!

The maps are a great idea! They bring a great color to the garland. I did this same thing with sheet music at my wedding!
What a fabulous idea – I love it! It looks so pretty.

I like it! The abstract designs are really cool along with the more “mappy” areas. Very nice!
