Remember box pleats? They are my favorite pleat. If you box pleat a strip of fabric or ribbon in the middle it gives the effect of a ruffle, but with a little more structure. I think that is why I love them! This is a quick project that requires a little bit of sewing and a little bit of glue. Gather your materials:
