I can’t stop with the Ohio stars! This Quilt Block Coaster Tutorial is just perfect for a quilt lover but its made with ceramic coasters and vinyl instead of fabric! Which makes them a nice sturdy coaster that you can wipe clean! And the shiny permanent vinyl is easy to apply. This project is super fast and SEW cute! You can see my other quilt block projects in this faux mini quilt and tee shirt post! I’m just sticking vinyl quilt blocks on everything!

Cut out a few quilt blocks using the SVG file, or this Design in Design Space. They are sized just right for 4″ by 4″ tiles. If you’re using a different size ceramic tile, adjust the size before cutting.
Press the transfer tape on the design.
Press it down and then peel off the white backing paper.
Stick it on the tile, centering it before laying it flat. Press it down really well and then peel the transfer tape off.
That’s it! So cute!
A stack of these will be the perfect addition to your coffee table or a great gift for a crafter friend! Tie them up with ribbon or a scrap of fabric!
