polka dot wellies!
I was really excited when Silhouette sent me some of their new printable foils! It's just so pretty. I thought immediately about making polka dot rain boots. (I should get over this polka dot thing, but whatever. I love them.) I cut out a lot of little polka dots with shiny silver foil and stuck them on.
